The Token Manager — your names never leave your servers
Every Coach plan ships with a separate, self-hosted application called the GripMinds Token Manager. It runs inside your own infrastructure. There — and only there — your team issues keys, links them to clients or employees, and sees team-level views.
Lives in your perimeter
Deploy on your own servers or cloud account (AWS, Azure, GCP, on-prem). Your security team owns the access, the backups and the audit log.
Issue keys at scale
Bulk-generate access keys, distribute them to clients, employees or candidates through your own channels — your email, your portal, your invitation system.
Map keys to names — privately
Inside the Token Manager you maintain the mapping (e.g. "A1F3… = Maria, sales team"). The mapping never leaves the Token Manager. We never see it.
Team aggregates, your way
Roll up scores by team, department or project — all inside your perimeter. Combine GripMinds reports with your existing HR data without ever exposing it to us.
A clean GDPR boundary
Names and emails live only in your Token Manager — you are the controller for that data. On our side we hold the assessment under a pseudonymous access key. Clean controller / processor split, narrow DPIA.
